I open an account with Dell 2007 paid it on time and paid it off 9/20. Ordered ink 6 was put on my credit report that I owed $577.35 which I never recieved a bill for. I am being billed for late charges and intrest which I never recieved a bill for. I was willing to pay this debt but the status they say will still remain on my crdeit report until 2016 even after I pay this debet off. I have always paid Dell on time and even paid my account in full. I don't know what happen, some one did do a fraud on me and Dell is not being cooperative.
