Tried to make a purchase (had used Bill Me Later one time before)—put in all my information - site said sorry could not process my purchase - called the number they gave&waited for a long time to talk to a representitive&Courtney finally answered asked for my account number - I said that is why I am calling I do not know it - she said sorry I can't hear you call back later and hung up — tried to do this register and find my user name and code etc. The site, flipped me back and forth &asking for account number etc. — click here to contact us&same flipping me arround&They are not helpful at all - What a way to do business - I was going to make a purchase - Guess I will just shop locally. The girl Courtney was very rude— Not a good way to do business
