Illegal charges, credit card scam!

Microsoft XBOX LIVE charged my account for 53.95 twice for a service that they offer, however I do not now nor have I ever had or used their service I dont even own their machine the xbox, when contacting them they said that the card was used and that they dont have an account for me. So with that if they dont have an account for me how can they be charging my card, they then stated as soon as they take the money from the account it automatically deletes my card info so that noone can see it! So they take money in all day and don't know where they get it from isnt that Ironic!
