Fraud and missing leading to exstort money using paypal

I went to the web site above where there are many jobs posted this is not the sole site of the person above. I was mislead to believe that this was a honest home job (data entry app processing job) which there are many honest work at home programs I work for one so I trusted this person Doug Lynch he had me send a resume with my qualifications leading me to believe that it would be work done at home based on my qualifications that he was looking for. He lead me to believe that the info that i was paying for was to show my seriousness of wanting a job and that they would train me with the materials sent. When I received the materials it was how to start your own business cheating money out people like he did me using what he sent me so i could put the same info on line and send this to people who would send me 10.00 on my own time there was not mention in his info that it was a start-up business where the person would have to get their own work (start your own business) my understanding was that i would receive work not start up or hunt for work using his information I want my money back and I'm letting others to know not to send this person any money.
