PC Enterprises Took my money and did not send me the materials to start stuffing envelopes work at home ripoff

They took my money and did not send the start up kit. I even paid an extra 5 dollars to speed it up and I have not recieved and thing as of yet.

I have even e-mailed them and asked them how long would it take to get the stuff and I have not heard anything back. They should refund my money if they can't send the materials.
