I returned a dress to this company within 4 days of receiving it. I called to verify that it was received in pristine condition. I was told that it was, and that they would credit my visa in the next statement. After many phone calls I was told that they were going credit my visa for the price of the dress, 79.99 but since it took so long that they would add the s.H. To the credit. I was delighted. It is now June, after another call I am now being told that I have to wait for the owner Mr. Otto Tien to return from Japan, he is the only one that can o.K. The transaction.
