Diabetic Experts Inc
Oxford Diabetic Supply Using the Government Census to Solicit Elderly Medicare Patients

Miscellaneous

This company begins by robo-calling from a list of patients who are on medicare or other forms of insurance. Primarily, these patients are elderly, disabled or both.
The outgoing call from this company states it is part of the Government Census, which it is not. Once the recipient answers the call, they are met with a recording which states they will undergo a change in their insurance if they don't press 1. Upon pressing 1, they are given the option to take a survey and also told if they have Medicare they may qualify for a free diabetic testing meter and/or other medical supplies. If the recipient goes ahead with providing their medicare # and are told they are approved, they are not really approved. Rather, a notice is sent to their doctor and their doctor has to approve the meter. Secondly, this company has nothing whatsoever to do with the government census even though it states that it is in their outgoing call.
