Phone service

I had vonage phone service I was not getting all my calls so i called vonage and they checked into it. It did not help. I did this three times still a problem. So i changed companies. And called vonage at the number listed. They said it would be a disconnect fee i told them it was their problem they didn't fix it and they said they would wave the fee and send me an email to comfirm. I didn't hget the email so i called again and was told they would put me in collections if i didn't pay it. I don't feel i should pay this because it was a p[roblem on their end not that i just wanted to change companies i am still being billed. Help please my vonage phone # was 603-473-2561
