Malfunctioning vehicle was sold to me at this time

I bought a 1986 jeep cherokee 4x4 4drsw thinking it had implied warranty did not get to test drive the vehicle before the papers were signed. Vehicle made loud grinding noises, shifter freezes up will not go into gear when you start the motor runs really rough. I have two estimates for vehicle repairs.
