Overcharged Deceptive liar bitch

This trash company charges for things that are supposed to be included int the montly fee. We called for to have a couch picked up and she never once mentioned that there would be an additional charge. She said we didn't ask. We are not form this inbread state and did not know they charge for everything around here. So we did not know we had to ask.in Missouri when you call to have a couch picked up they tell you what day and that is it. There are no surprise charges for the bulk pickup. IT IS INCLUDED IN THE MONTHLY FEE!!!

I could have had it hauled off for a 12 pack. But I told the guy that was going to burn it "I'm paying for trash service and I'll just use them."

After I found out about this bogus charge I demanded that she bring the couch back and reverse the charges.

She was very rude and uncooperative. Just a plane old bitch.
