Ripoff

I bought a sofa and loveseat from Ashley Furniture in December and the loveseat was $698 and the couch was $698. I paid the loveseat off the end of December which left only the couch to be paid for. I have given Ashley Furniture a total of $1368.00. They are now telling me I still owe them $551.00 which I thought the couch would be paid off this month. So according to them I am paying twice as much for this couch and not the loveseat and the way he is explaining it is because I paid the loveseat off in one month but not the couch and if you are in their contract for 6 months you have to pay all finance charges which my payment is $100.26 and out of that payment he says $30 is going toward the payment of the couch and $60 is going toward finance charges. You don't call that a rip-off. The person who sold me the furniture was oh so nice and after I paid the loveseat off said he would send me a piece of paper saying it was paid in full which I never received and he said oh yes I sent it to you and basically called me a liar on the phone. I told him he did not need to worry I would never do business with his company again. Another problem I had was every time I went in to pay it was a different amount. These people are ruthless as far as I am concerned and furthermore on a couch and chair that cost $1350 I am going to pay over $2000. All I can say is what goes around comes around and it will for them also.
