I have talked to many of your personnel today explaining that my son almost crushed himself with our T.V. So we have to remove it from our home therefor we have to cancel our Dtv. Not only were they rude and very robotic on the phone the left me on hold for almost 15 minuets only to put me on the phone with a "supervisor" who explained why you do NOT refund the 200$ deposit and why he could not waive my 120$ cancellation fee even though it is a child safety issue (I was crying and pleading with him). By the way the rep who signed us up initially did not mention any of this to us, if he would have we wouldn't have signed up with your company.
