I paid him for a service that he never performed

I need his service on march 10,09 and he charge for it and didn't do the job, them whenever i called him; he always say he'll do it and never did. After i called him so manies time he asked for more monies... He made appt. To see the judge, but never solve my license problem.
I paid him whatever he charge and $500 dollars more, but he still had not do the job... And i still have my driving license suspended...
My life is in whole, because i can't work, and i don't have driving license...
