Scam company - pet hair clippe

I was just wondering if you know of some way to report a internet company that is a scam. I have seen so many complaints & I had issues with hotbuyselectronics.com. Any suggestions. I wrote a complaint to BBB but no response after several weeks. I have already gone through my credit card company & the manufacturer of clippers for resolution. I just don't want anyone else to purchase from these scam artists.
