This company known as HIKOCHI ELECTRONICS LIMITED, or HIKOCHI ELECTRONICS is not an electronics manufacturer, they do not produce wind turbine products or solar products. They sell you what are advertised as new parts, showing beautiful pictures of new components.
All of the products I received from this manufacturer were used, painted over, refurbished non functioning parts. They are not offering any compensation. They simply say, sorry I am not happy.
Do not buy from this company or any person representing them. Their profile information is bogus, they lie about the products they produce, they take your money, con ou into thinking you ar receiving quality goods and ship you used old parts that do not work to fulfill their obligation with you.
They will lie to you, they will ripp you off. Look elsewhere for your products no matter what the price.
