Rude and uncaring they only care about their paychecks

Hello my name is cassie and i am 17years old. I was out of school with no high school diploma. I decided to get one off line. Then once i passed the test i had to pay $299. I called kaplan university online and wanted to enroll. I told the admissions advisor i was paying to get my diploma right now, he didnt mind. Then when i started filling out paperwork to enroll i made it very clear i didnt wanna be in debt. I didnt want loans or anything to be taken out. But they had to. My mom didnt cosign for anything. Once i started thinking more about the situtaion i decided not to get that diploma because i thought everything was a scam. The advisor told me everything i wanted to hear for his paycheck.

Once i withdrawledi started getting bills. And i remember when i got bills in the mail when i was going to kaplan the advisor told me not to pay or worry about them. So i thought i didnt have to pay that bill.

Then collections sent me a letter. After that i started getting harassing calls mind you im only 17 can they do this? I shouldnt even be able to take out loans by myself or sign anything i could but it shouldnt be vaild because im 17 they got 1 check from me and it bounced in my account so that went negative, now this woman named wendy was nothing but rude when i told her i wasnt paying because im too young to be in this mess.
