The website showed a woman supposebly from my townit only cost her $3.00to get started so I went on there and sent $2.97 and I am still waiting for the program to look over have not recieved anything

I called icm to get my money back they refused. Asked to speak to management he replied he was in charge and can not give my money back i told him i could not afford this that i had electric bill to pay or they will cut off my electricity he did not care. Something needs to be done with these thieves.
