No Accounting Dept. Bs

I am trying to get a refund and asked to be directed to the Accounting Dept. But was told that they could not give me that phone # that customers were not allowed to contact the accounting department directly. That is the biggest crock of bullshit I have ever gotten from a company in my life. I work as an admin. Assistant and if I were to tell a customer that I would lose my job. The more I deal with this company the more of a scam I am finding out they are. First the hidden charges that they bury in the fine print to the tune of $133 in extra charges and now this.
