I took a loan temporarily for an unexpected need and was quoted a specific finance fee of which I agreed to. When I signed the docs online I did not think otherwise and assumed the rep was honest. I later find that the finance fee was a lot higher. I assumed that it was only the first installment because it was more than the standard two weeks but when I proceeded to see what my next finance fee was for my next payment it was the same. When I called to have it rectified I was transferred three times Amanda then Andrew then Angela who was a supervisor that is supposed to help resolve these situations. What I received was simply "You signed the docs, you should've figured it out and we can not do anything since the fees are state law". This is in the state of MD. So please read the fine print and don't assume these people have your best interest are heart. They are about making money regardless of how they go about hooking you in. Go to paydaymax they are honest, straightforward with their fees and their fees are very low, wished I'd realized this before signing up with Check no go.
