Apf services Charged $400 broker fee on top of 15 % fee charged by lender! APF Services violated APR cap for florida!

I applied for a loan with APF Services AKA Advance Care Card and after waiting 2 days for a response, they tell me that I'm approved for the loan I requested. When I received the loan docs, the APR was higher than what they quoted! I found out they charged their $400 fee on top of the $900 the lender had tacked on because of my poor credit. When I complained about their fee, they told me "You should've paid your bills on time in the past. If you want the loan, it will cost you $1300 in fees, plus 22% interest! At the time, I was unaware about how APR is calculated and was told by BO LESLIE that a broker fee is not calculated into the APR! Then he goes on to tell me that the $400 broker fee would have been higher, but he was doing me a favor. He then offers to wrap the fee into the loan which brought my loan over $5000, when all I needed was $2700! I can't believe that predatory lenders (PIGS) are still able to lend legally! If they would have told me in the begining that the Interest Rate they quoted on my APPROVAL was going to be different than the APR on the loan docs, I would have declined the loan. Of course now that I'm making ridiculous payments on the loan, I am aware of the APR caps set by each state to protect people like me! I've filed a complaint with the Dept. Of Finance for Florida and will be seeking legal action for the $400 fee, illegally collected! Advance Care Card is just another name for APF Services and their shady practices.By the way, if you apply with them, check your credit because they ran it 5 TIMES before I was approved! That lowered my credit score!
