Marvin's Gem Show unfair payment and return policy, nonexistant merchandise

The way this company operates should be illegal. I ordered a ruby ring from Marvin's Gem Show. I don't beleive the ring ever existed. I had a choice of 14k gold color and choose rose gold. They told me my ring would ship[ in 4 to 6 weeks. My credit card was charged the full amount the day of my order. Six weeks later, I still had no ring. I had read consumer reports after my order and had try to cancel my order within 3 days of ordering, but was told if I did, I would be charged a restocking fee. Restocking fee for what? I was told they were making the ring and it was a special order. After 6 weeks I was able to get a refund for the full amount because the time had expired. It is my feeling that they used my money for 6 weeks with no intent to deliver the promised merchandise. Buyer beware. This is a very unethical company.
