Excel Acquisitions LLC
Is charging me for a 10 year old debt

This Account through Providian Bank was closed in the year 2000 in the spring according to Equifax. Excel changed the debt to this blatant lie is preventing me from opening a checking account. I have contacted them and all I get is an answering machine and no one calls me back. Changing the date is illegal, I want to take legal action against them. How do I go about doing this?
