Hole in washer - LG

I purchased an lg washer and dryer from the houston con artists. 1 week after taking delivery of the washer i had a leak. The svc tech came out and found a piece of tape and some other persons shipping label on the back of the washer he took it off and found a hole where some moron drive a forklift fork through it. The tech never reported it, and now doesn't work there anymore. I sent pics to corporate, and still nothing. Its been 2 years its out of warranty and they still wont give me the NEW washer i PAID FOR. I didnt want a scratch and dent, now its leaking again. I also have furniture that they wont fix that has an unconditional warrenty. I will NEVER buy or recomend anyone buys from the true con artists. I dont know how they are able to run a business. There should be a class action lawsuit against them if you ask me!!!
