Watch out warning for "Raymond Nogera" he is a so called flooring guy that passes himself of as someone skilled in several trades dealing with construction. Raymond Nogera is the owner of We Gotcha Covered Flooring in Las Vegas, NV.
He boasts that he is a christain, dont let this fool you. He is in no way a christian. That is part of his con that he uses to sucker you into believing he is on your side and will do what he has promissed you.
Raymond Nogera owes numerous past employees and installers thousands of dollars, he has made no attempt in paying.instead he cries a sob story and tells you he has no money. This is a lie, while telling people that he couldn't afford to pay them what he owes for money earned working for him, he went on vacation to Puerto Rico. He rides a Harley and will lie through his teeth so that he can take advantage of you and steel money from you. If your lucky enough to actually get a job completed by Raymond Nogera more than likely he will have switched the materials origanally agreed upon. This is his other con. Giving ususpected people product that is of lesser quailty than the one that was picked. Trust me when I tell you he is lying to you if he said its better material than you picked out, it wont be.
Again you have been warned about Raymond Nogera, from some one that has witnessed all of the people he has wronged and the way he was able to accomplish it. Anyone that has been associated with Raymond Nogera has been on the short end of the stick and that includes anyone including women in his life, and people he called his friend. Even that is evedent by the individuals on his facebook page, for someone being in vegas for 30 years all I saw on his site were new marks that he must be setting up to take advantage of.
