Nancy REED Consumer Promotion Draw From United Kingdom / Wal-mart Foundation scam

I recieved a letter by Airmail from what looks to be the wal-mart foundation. Along with a check for $3100.00 to pay taxes to the united kingdom on the sweepstake money I won. It said I needed to pay them to Nancy Reed, 30 Oxford Street, Wc12 Pd London, United Kingdom and that I need to contact Mr. Frank Powell (Claim Agent).

Looks like a scam to me.

Although I did enter a wal-mart sweepstakes from my wal-mart reciept and had to fill out a survey online. This was Just prior to recieving this letter.

I'd like to know how they even knew I filled this out an played the wal-mart sweepstakes.

How'd they get this information.
