No human Custumer service, no resolve email problem

I have more than one week lost my ability to use my email: "luan_baci@hotmail.com". I can't log in with my correct email address, and my correct password. I have commplain on MSN WEB SITE, several times. To my other email address: "dalb53@hotmil.com" I have ask MSN Costomer service to send my set_up, temporary password, for return to my email address "luan_baci@hotmail.com", but no one is doing this. I came to MSN by my internet provider: VERIZON, who pass this service to FAIR POINT. Now MSN automated phone system 800 386 5550 pass me to Verizon. From here, Verizon automated phone system 800 567 6789 pass me to FAIRPOINT phone system 800 240 5019, and from here, the only one human customer service in this history, send me back to my first step. To MSN automated phone system 800 386 5550. I'm waitinng to be in contact with dozens employer for a job, and can't.
