The same thing happened to me, August I ordered the free Colnx, just to pay $3.95 for shipping, a week later $89.90 was taken out of my checking acct. With a few checks bouncing, I never agreed to a monthly supply, I cancled right away, I am still waiting for a refund I have called several times, With no satisfaction, When calling after giving them my name, they have accually hung up on me. Its June now, I am still waiting for a refund, (9 Months later).
