Eceived an outstanding bill for something I have no knowledge of

I received an invoice today from Osprey Media Publishing Inc. Telling me that my account was overdue and I owed them $21.06 for something that supposedly occurred betweenMar. 24 and April 27th. There is no description of what I supposedly received from Osprey Media during that period. There is an invoice number and an account number but I have no idea where they came from. I have never had any dealings with this company and have no idea what they are suggesting I owe money for. My phone calls and left messages have not been returned or acknowledged.
