Black Friday Blahs - customer service

Very disappointed with the handling of your advertised sale to be conducted at 5:00AM Friday. My 2 sons and I soon learned the coruptness that goes on with "Big Business." I hope they learned a valuable lesson about false advertising that your company seems to hold as a priority. After waiting with others in line for your "5:00 AM Sale" on HP laptops, we found out that others received a prior advantage the night before by receiving tickets to place a hold on this item. Apparently, they had to be present at 5:00 AM to claim their goods. Upon leaving as a disgruntled customer, I asked the sales representative about the validity of the advertisement and her reply was that it was acceptable due to the fact that the monetary transaction was made at 5:00AM.
