Not received items

I had ordered two pair of contacts back in febuary and paid over $90 for both pair, I have not receieved them so i emailed their customer service many times cuz they do not list any telephone numbers. I have received emails back saying sorry for the mix up we will send them right out. Its been over 3 months and now they are ignoring my emails which state i wanted a full refund. I think their company is a shame if they advertise contacts then they should send them right out.
