Charged me cancelation fee

Dishnetwork told me a week ago they wanted me to pay a service fee to have a tech come out to get our reception back. This is their equiptment. We paid the monthly service in advance also, for no picture. They said it's $15.00 but I am disabled and asked to bill my debit card and they said no way. I said I am not paying for no service here. And they said well, once warranty is expired, I have to cough up $95. Every time it goes out. Imagine that one they told me. I called a week later and said cancel. They said oh god not another idiot. And she said I have to pay another $280. To cancel since it's a contract and I had another 18 months to go. I said, mam, I'm broke. I'm disabled. This is why I am canceling, I have no income. I said also I'm not paying for service that isn't working. She said well, too bad, they'll automatically deduct the fee from my debit card plus another $15.00 to come out and pick up the dish outside. I said I don't have it in my account. She said oh well, they'll still deduct the money reguardless. And if I don't mail the box and 2 remotes back within 70 days I will also have to pay for the box and remotes too and that will also be taken out. I am upset. Both my wife and I are disabled. My wife has a mental disability and I have a heart condition and were both in sec 8 housing under a strict lease. If they deduct my funds, we'll be on the street. I guess I will have to stop my blood thinner meds and high bp meds for my new heart valve. They said so what sir. Have a nice day and slammed the phone on me. I am stressed. My bp is 170/110 now and I cannot relax. My mother in law had me block my debit card and said next, close my bank account. What else can I do? All this because they wouldn't charge my account for $15.00 knowing I have no choice but to pay. They are greedy and selfish.
