Former driver being accused of something i did not do

I unfortunately worked for this company for the month of april. My 1st day the power steering was in pieces had to wait, until backyard mechanic was done. Had the wrong service window that was installed, would not lock. The brakes were bad. Windshield cracked across on both sides. And the SPEEDOMETER would not work and I was not the only driver having problems. My last day was saturday may 1st. There were never any shortage issues at all on my end. I ADDRESSED these issues to ownership as well as one day there was chips and icecream missing that was reported to ownership. Nothing got resolved. I made a complaint with the motor carrier division along with other former drivers. On 05/13 tina called me back to see if i want to work 2 days a week, from 7, no thanxs. On 05/21/10 owners talked to investigator and stated it was me. That called, later that day i got a call from karl stating that I am 189.00 short in anger of this. Accused me of this, and tried to extort money out of me or he is going to romulus, mi. Pd and file felony theft charges on me. Keep in mine i have not worked for them for 20 days, and they have kate that does inventory during the week on the trucks and they also have another gal on the weekends there never was an issue with me. I spoke with another driver and they tried to accuse them of the same thing. Now all of a sudden since they are trying to bully me extort money from me as well as want to go to romulus pd. And threaten me. The bottom line I did not take a dime from that place, i did not do anything wrong except I called off on may 2nd. The truck i was assigned to me needed 2 much work. And I never got nor did any of the drivers got a printout of are sales etc. At all period. So what do we tell the internal revenue service come tax time??? I am taking all attorney calls.
