Maxx Morgan logo is, we go the extra mile! Yeah they sure do, they will promise you the world (in h*ll). They have the drivers pay for expenses out of their pocket on the road, driver is to turn the receipt in to the company. When it is time to get paid they do not reimburse the driver, when driver asks for the reimbursement, they will say things like (you never turned in the receipt or we already paid you for it.) They been doing this for years, there are 100's of drivers that have worked for them over the years, that dont even know that they have not been reimbursed. Thats how Maxx Morgan steals from their drivers to make a profit. Now we move on to the three head monsters, Todd the mad money owner, Cousin Clint the drucken bipolar, Steve the rainbow boy. When calling into todd, he doesnt know anything, or cares. He just wants the money. When calling into clint to fix a problem, he will tell you if you dont like his answer, to get the f*. When calling into rainbow boy steve, he will tell you he will call you back or he doesnt know what is going on. On to the trucks, they are Junk, Junk, and more Junk. Winter time the heat will not work, in the summer time the AC will not work. The trucks are very dirty, dirty inside with cracked windows, you will also have at lease to break downs a week, that the driver will be blamed for their junk. They may also take money out of the drivers pay check for their junk trucks or dont let it be your last day, because you wont get a check. Oh! The new thing they are trying to do, is to make you sign a wavier stating that you will not talk about their company and their shady accounting.
