I cancelled the 7-day free trial membership not to get charged on Archives.com and because it is related to Onegreatfamily.com, I also wanted to cancel its membership on-line but could not locate the cancellation menu, option page on-line so I left a voice mail (it directly went to voice mail box) in Onegreatfamily telephone number, which was the only contact number I found. I made it very clear that I want to cancel my free trial membership before the due date so after I left the message, and since there was nothing else I could do, I didn't think much of it. But I found out they charged me more than 59$ for nothing! I've been so distressed and outraged: my bank says there's nothing that they could do to get a refund. And this company never answers their phone, I think intentionally. Never never type in your card number for any company you don't know of. Is there any way to get my money back?
