About 3 months ago i had problems with my wireless data card, so after speaking with a several representatives and retention I was finally told that they were sending me another data card when i did receive the new card i still had no reception so i callled again and the rep said that they would allow me to cancel services and that i didnt have to return the data card, she even suggested that i donate the data card to some organization, since she said i didnt have to return the card, well not true on my bill is a charge for the data card and i have called sprint to try and resolve this issue but to no avail i have been able to yesterday when i spoke to a rep she said she was preparing the paperwk so she could sent me a envelope so i could return it but during the time she placed me on hold and during the wait i lost signal or something but I also did not get a call back from the rep. Today i have been on the phone with sprint during that time i had to explain to four reps and the last time the rep put me back on the waiting list and then i had to explain all over again, then i asked to speak to a mgr and i spoke with a gentlemen and i explained but he was no helped of course he said cooperate would review the info and get back to me within 48hrs. But one thing i do know that if u are trying to buy a phone and the line gets disconnected oh yeah they will call u back, I had that happened to me even though when u call to customer service and u ask that they call u back they say they cant that someone will get back to you.
