Sprint Data Call Ripoffs

I too have had it with Sprint and their so called help. I have been fighting with Sprint for two years due to a bill I do not owe for data usage as well. It seems that the phone I was given by Sprint was defective but I didnt know this until I received a bill for almost $600.00 in Data Usage.

I called their customer service to inform them of this mistake. Well I was told that it was not a mistake and that I just didnt want to pay my bill. I was disgusted by this point and asked for a supervisor to which I was told there were not any. YEAH RIGHT.

Well the emplyoee said that I was on the internet non stop since I purchased the phone in order for the bill to be that high. I told him over and over I was not so I took a closer look at my calls on the bill and time I was using the date well it was the same time. So I asked the guy how was it that I was in data yet I was making phone calls at that time.

Oh he shut up but told me I was only going to get partial credit. What. So while on the phone he said that I was still in data currently and I told him that it was not possible and he said I once again was a liar. I told him that I was sure becuase my god son snapped my phone in half the night before. It was in 3 parts so how could I be using it. Then oops i was disconnected on their part.
