Withdrew money from my account illegally

I was checking my bank account and ther was a debit for $139.95 that I didn't know what it was for.

I found out it was for this home business I paid 2.98 and that was all they said I was supposed to pay.

I am on a fixed income and have automatic payments that come out of my account and now i will be charged a penalty for over drawn.

I want this reembursed. I did not authorize this payment and it is a ripoff. I did not get an email telling me they were taking it out.
