Lack of explanation on non-refundable processing fees

When I called Bodylogic offices they explain to me about Lab Tests Fees, First Appointment Fees and followup Visits Fees, They never memtioned there was going to be $75.00 processing fee charge if I changed my mind. They did that after I signed up for the program, by phone not even written. I changed my mind before 24 Hrs. Due to bad reports regarding the medical services of this company. When I requested my full refund they said they were going to deduct the $75.00 of processing fees. I think this is highway robbery and they did not want to hear that they did not mention anything to me about the $75. Oo non refundable processing fee. If I would know that I would not sign up for this program knowing that they are there to get you for any money they can get. Please tell me what to do to get my full refund. Is there any law that protects consumer about this kind of rip offs.
