Another costumer ripped off by cresent processing company

Crescent processing company has been charging my company fees that are not in the agreement. And they use deciteful practices their agent and manger both lied about these extra fees i ask for total costs and was told there was just the monthly maintance fee plus the fees when a credit card was used i have yet to use their services yet and have had over 250.00 in fees the monthly fee was suppose to be 6.95 i have been with them since december needless to say i wont be using their services if there are any lawyers reading this here is a situation that deserves a class action lawsuit thankyou and GOD bless
