Internet Cash Machine ICM Website Scam & Fraudulent Credit Card Charges

ICM Websites is a company that offers a download of their program information for a cost of $2.97. Then ICM Websites sends you an email with a password to proceed to their website. However, nowhere in the email that they send do they state that they are going to charge your credit card $139.95 in three days. I never even setup their website account and immediately called their 877-863-3088 telephone number to cancel the account the following day—still ICM Websites makes no mention that they are going to charge anything other than the $2.97. The charge finally appeared on my credit card statement for $139.95 and I called the customer service Rep Kristen who merely hung up on me. Then I called back to speak to the manager Marisol who said the email states that they are going to charge $139.95 within three days. Needless to say, I have the exact email sent directly to me from ICM Websites and it states no such thing. A reputable company would clearly state its fees and charges up front, and not sneak them onto your credit card without your knowledge. ICM Websites does not tell you they are going to charge your credit card $139.95 or even what the charge is for. These are fraudulent credit card charges. Do not patron this company because they do not offer what they state and will place unauthorized and fraudulent charges on your credit card. Please beware&ICM Websites is not reputable.
