"Collections Department" Out of no-where billing for unsolicited services

Out of no-where billing for services unwanted, unwelcomed, and unlawful! I have had no previous dealing (s) or contact (s) with the aforementioned company. 1) supposedly I owe $139.95 to the account that was used last month [14 day trial period ~ B.S.] which had been closed since Feb. The time of dispute is April/May. 2) my bank assures me that this company is fraudulent. 3) I am outside of the demographic scope of this "COLOPURE CLEANSE".in result: bogus, fictatious, skullduggery!!!

No items were even recieved, just this 'billing' letter. Upon google research of the articles on this, Apex Solutions, LLC, I just want others to know and red flag this.
