Attitude and rips customers off

Approximatly may 1 the owner of VERO LAWNMOVER CENTER pick up my lawnmover for repair and maintence. Return the mover on may 4th, work was shabby. Blades on the tractor were not even sharpen. Two weeks later the treactor won't move when running in gear. When confronting the owner he said to me " he would considered picking up ther mover if my attitude improved." After paying 300 hundred dollars. For poor service and workmanship, who needs the attitude adjustment? P.S. I consider myself a valued customer in vero beach.
