Botched surgery

The first time I went to Lifestyle Lift, I agreed to have surgery and Dr. Chan did the surgery and he sewed my ears to the side of my face. He redid the surgery in again I was very very unhappy because he did the same thing.By this time he had quit and they told me to see another doctor. So I went back twice and was told they would not do redo it. I absoultely hate my ears now and I know I will probably never get my money back but I want to file this so people will know they can and do screw you up. I do not have the money to have anymore surgery. I wish I would have gone to Doctor who is not on a time watch. It does take a lot longer than they advertise, and it is very painful. It was not a pleasant experience. I wish I could afford to sue them. I think they led me on for two more years, I felt they kept me coming in and then told me NO. I wasted a lot of time going to San Mateo, which is one hour away from where I live. Thank you very much, Donna E. Scrivne
