Mar 29 e-mailed that my check (#673) had clearedMar 30 talked to Betsy Pryor and she said I would be getting papers in mail by the end of week and mushroom the beginning of next week. April 20 e-mailed asking for product (mushroom) or a refund. April 29 e-mialed asking for refundMay 4 called and left message asking for refund. May 6 e-mailed asking again for a refund. Called May 13 for same
