I had a ticket that I needed to change, spent 3 hours on the phone with customer service agents, who either disconnected from the call or knew nothing and put me on hold multiple times for long periods. They all quoted me different prices, which to change a ticket was more than to buy a new one. Finally I got a manager who gave me attitude and did not even try to understand what my issue was, instead was rude, and totally incompetent as well. Finally, 3 hours later, I got a ticket change for less money than they originally quoted but still was totally ripped off. When I tried to find out their complaint policy they could not tell me and continued to put me on hold and give multiple different answers. I have never dealt with such rude and ignorant staff. I will NEVER NEVER NEVER use their service again and will post my complaint on every site possible, to warn others against their incompetence and scamming.
