Rip Off

June 4 days after getting talked into this mess I cld to opt out. Never received booklet at that time. I have cld numerous times and e-mailed numerous times. I was told I would recieve my money back directed to credit card that I used. Never happened. Now, any number I call is not a working no# and no one will e-mail me back regarding this issue. I am still e-mailing and making copies of each letter. This is sad especially at hard times like the economy is in. I just want someone to contact me. Respectfully, Patricia Young I.D. # 9870268
