No hsa with bac - health savings account

Opened hsa january. Service charge $4.50 per month-4x higher than us bank. Received debit card-never worked. Tried calling customer service; placed on hold 90 minutes. June 1 had enough-wrote letter per bac instruction stating close account, send check, and all identifying info per their rep that would be needed to close the blasted account. Letter sent june 2 A.M. Received by bac june 16—bac office had moved and of course no one stated such when i called. Called 4 more times during june to find out when check would be sent—on hold 60-90 minutes each time. Talked with supervisors and underlings! As of today, july 9, still haven't received check. I have talked with supervisors and entry level workers, all of whom seem to have a knowledge deficit and can't answer when the check will be sent. Now told them will sue them if check not received by july 15. Debit card was zilched june 25—so bac literally has my money that i can't use. What ethics/integrity! No wonder our economy went down so fast. With idiot banks like bac no one should be wondering why the economy collapsed. Let's hope the bank of japan comes over here and shows bac and other jerk-run banks how to deliver an ounce of service. If i ever get my money i will never look back and rest assured hell will thaw out before i would do business with this crappy bank!
