Charged me for internet I did not have from dec 30 to april 20th. They owe me 380.00 dollars! Probably more. Will not refund this bogus charge of serviceVerizon land line: found 33 fraudulent phone numbers on bill called to verify they were not any one I knew, and I did not know these people attached to the fraudulent numbers on my accountVerizon will not remove charges or refund my over payment of! 203.00!!! I prepaid. I cancelled the service so I am due my over payment back in my pocket! Every friend or stranger I tell this to has had similar situations with Verizon. We need to stop the theft and fraud of this Company!!
