If the store is in the United States, they all should know how to speak ENGLISH and understand it. I hate going in there and they look at you like you don't belong in there because you are not talking in spanish. Same thing if you call them they transfer you to the wrong place because they don't understand you and are in a rush. Very rude store all around.
