Damaged my vehicle

I called these people to put in a new fuel pump and they towed it and said they would start working on it asap. Well the whole day went by and i'm waiting for an estimate or at least a phone call. I called a few times and they told me 'yeah we're looking at it right now '. I drove over there the next day and saw that my car didnt move from where it was parked!!! So i called from my cell phone and asked the guy how it was going and he tells me yep were looking at it right now! I said bullshit i'm sitting in your lot and you've been lying to me for two days now. I took the keys back and called triple aaa and called another garage. Well the owner of weiberts tells me i have to pay him for the work he already did and i totally went off on this guy. Well his son (total punk) towed it to the other place and smashed into my car while i wasnt looking! When i saw it 2 days later i confronted this punk and ofcourse he denied it. Trust me these people are SCUMBAGS!!
